Job Description


This position manages the work of the project managers, and the completion of specific AvaSure implementation projects as assigned. The Project Management Manager will develop a high-performing team, create project plans and checklists as needed by the PM team to ensure consistency with company strategy and product releases. This position will monitor project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, third-party vendors and agreement deliverables. The Project Management Manager will establish data continuity and report generation to fulfill the reporting requirements of the company and maintain key objectives. 

Job Functions – Manager/Leader

  • Lead and organize a team of Project Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Establish project plans and task checklists as needed to accommodate new product and version releases.
  • Establish a system of data accuracy and continuity between administrative systems.
  • Formulate and maintain dashboards and reports requested throughout the company.
  • Recruit and onboard and train new Project Managers.
  • Organize steps and actions to yield a successful implementation of an AvaSure program for each customer.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to maintain an organized process.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects as assigned via teleconferencing and other tools.
  • Evaluate PM Competencies and coach for improved performance, as needed
  • Measure and respond to customer feedback to maximize customer experience
  • Collaborate with other leaders, especially within Implementation Services, to coordinate activities and ensure a positive customer experience

Job Functions – Project Manager (Limited/as assigned)

  • Execute the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Share best practices with the customer from both a clinical and technical standpoint.
  • Monitor quality assurance of product and process.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Coordinates travel and logistics for onsite tasks.
  • Minimal Travel, some required during training.


  • Strong background in customer relations, customer satisfaction or customer engagement role.
  • 2-4 Years progressive leadership in project or program management
  • Professional Communication Proficiency.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills.
  • Ethical Conduct.
  • Delegating and Leadership.
  • Financial Stewardship

Supervisory Requirements

  • Responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Managers

Education and Experiences

  • 5+ years AvaSure Project Management experience or equivalent, PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with implementing hospital technology is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in person and in a teleconferencing environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple groups of people to attain and organize information.
  • Technical and data-driven aptitude and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365) and NetSuite preferred.
