Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is now hiring for a Warehouse Coordinator, for one of our great clients located in Lake Cormorant/Walls area. This position is temp to hire.

Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Pay Rate: DOE, starts at $12 per hour plus the potential for bonuses.
Shift hours/days: Monday Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Requirements/Duties: Selected candidate will be required to have previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator and have good written/oral communication with minimal supervision. Able to maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information. The candidate will be required to work between a climate controlled a non-climate-controlled environment.

Requirements:
Level I-within the first 90 days candidate should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:
Attention to detail
Must have good phone/computer skills and willing to learn AS400 system
General knowledge of invoices, packing slips and customer orders
May print shipping labels, packing slips, customer orders and other relevant paperwork for forklift operators/order pullers, and truck drivers.
Verifies accuracy in ship confirm transaction to convert to invoicing, and scans end of day into RVI database.
Contacts freight lines to schedule pick-ups
Generates and verifies freight bills, adds freight charges to orders, as necessary
Ability to handle and de-escalate conflicts, even under pressure
Level II-within 91 days-12 months employee should be able to demonstrate the following capacities:
File maintenance/updating and record retention
Effective understanding of order and shipping processes. Explains order special requirements to warehouse personnel. Able to make routine changes in OM (AS400)
Assist incoming delivery drivers with paperwork and dock placement
Interface with customer service, purchasing freight planning, and accounting as needed to resolve issues
Ability to detect order entry errors by familiarity with customer orders/data
Responsible for adhering to 5-S principles for clean work area
