Production Documentation Clerk Job Summary
Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Has an opening position for a Production Documentation Clerk. This is a Temp to Hire position in Houston, TX. The Production Documentation Clerk is responsible for organizing files, preparing forms or templates. Record information, verify accuracy of orders and other documents involved in the production department. Perform clerical functions, this includes data entry in the database and spreadsheets. Other duties may vary based on lead or warehouse manager.

Pay Rate:
$16.00-$18.00 an hour DOE

Schedule and Hours:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with possible overtime

Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Data entry with clerical functions and spreadsheets
Organize files, templates, record keeping and prepare forms
Must be able to walk to the production floor. Warehouse, or supply areas
Clerks must be able to withstand constant noise from machines and sometimes warm climate conditions in the warehouse.

Associates Requirements and Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
One year of clerical experience
Six months of documentation handling experience
Six months of production experience
