We are looking for dependable, energetic employees with great attitudes and that take pride in their work as Outside Sales Representatives in the Bessemer, AL area for a company in the manufacturing industry.

Outside Sales Representative Job Description:
Assist with maintaining current client accounts.
Establish and develop new clients.
Initiate in person and phone conversations with clients to generate sales.
Communicate with the different departments on production status of products.
Keep updated with the Inside sales departments.
Continuously improve and maintain a safe working environment.
Respond to client inquires regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and providing customer follow-ups.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor s degree.
Five plus years of inside sales and customer service.
Skilled in reading blueprints.
Concrete construction (Pre-Cast preferred).
Data entry and Microsoft Office.
Experience with electrical components.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to multi-task and make decisions in a constantly changing environment.
Able to communicate with other departments as needed.
Detail, organized and result orientated.
Time management skills.
Background in building and/or construction supplies and industry.
Familiarization with CAD and revit preferred.
Self-motivated.
Working knowledge of different hand tools, power tools, and parts is a plus including. Carpentry, concrete, electrical, welding, and plumbing supplies.
Ability to speak technically on electrical components for control buildings, public restrooms, storm shelters, generator buildings preferred (knowledge of square D products beneficial).

Shift and Hours:
1st shift - 7:00 am till 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate:
Depending on experience
