Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Pay Rate: DOE, Starting at $14 per hour, plus benefits Shift hours/days: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Requirements/Duties: Selected candidate will be required to have previous experience as an Inventory Control Coordinator and have good written/oral communication with minimal supervision. Must also have a good understanding of Company Safety and 5-S programs as well as all applicable OSHA regulations for their specific facility.
Requirements: Attention to detail Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor and requires minimal supervision Responsible for monitoring and reporting the inventory levels and inventory accuracy in accordance with established company policy for their specific location Daily evaluation/reporting of facility inventory accuracy through verified cycle counts Inventory discrepancies of any type within their specific facility, the ICC will have the direct responsibility to identify and resolve discrepancy in an expedient manner and report to their management representative what or how the discrepancy occurred so that corrective action can be taken to prevent additional or similar issues in the future Responsible for working in association with the designated accounting department representative and network with other Inventory Control Coordinators to identify and facilitate the efficient liquidation of slow moving and obsolete inventory in the most cost efficient manner, within defined company guidelines Responsible for working in close association with accounting department representative to efficiently process all open return materials/return orders in order to effectively minimize the cycle time return materials/return orders in order to effectively minimize the cycle time returned goods set on SSNA warehouse floor Will work with management to ensure each person and/or department fulfills their specific responsibilities within the inventory management system Ensure effective training of all warehouse employees in support of the inventory management system Maintains confidentiality of company proprietary information and ensure that their direct reports as well You may start the application process on our website, www.apstemps.com (be sure to select your location Memphis, TN).
