INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an eager Inside Sales Representative for a Steel Production company based in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

In this role, you will convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.
Pay Rate
Starting at $40,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle all customer phone calls, including inquiries and current order information.
• Responsible for tracking customer orders from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Write up inquiries for potential new customers and pricing information.
• Constantly and accurately manage Master Contacts to ensure inventory and purchases are correct.
• Responsible to make sure all customer loads were shipped on time.
• Manage daily due reports which include managing dates and closing orders.
• Check purchase orders against orders in the system to make sure they are correct.
• Manage over sixty and ninety day ready to ship material reports and Customer Complaints/Corrective Actions.
• Update reports with new pricing.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
