Job Description
Human Resource Administrative Associate
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Office Manager for a company based in Jaspar, Alabama. We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Pay Rate
$20-22 per hour. DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8am- 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be someone working towards a college degree in HR, or someone with HR exposure. Strong Administrative skills, and someone currently working towards HR role wanting to gain exposure.
  • Will work directly for HR Manager, so someone who can take direction to assist her with admin duties.
  • Recruiting assistance – reviewing applicants and qualifications, scheduling interviews, so will be reaching out via phone to candidates.
  • Order plant employees’ uniforms
  • Excel spreadsheets are a must – using spreadsheets to track orders, interview scheduling, employee attendance, and employee behavioral warnings/write ups.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office, and phone etiquette

Qualifications and Requirements

  • MUST HAVE Human Resource or Working towards a college degree in HR.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
