Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk for a company based in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing accounting invoices, posting to ledgers, experience using excel, outlook and file management and other related office duties.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Work directly with manager on reviewing invoices.
• Posting invoices using excel or other software including office suite
• Maintain all required records and reports
• Communicate with vendors regarding any problems or issues with invoices, etc.

Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Excel and Office Suite experience or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
