Automation Personnel Services, North Houston office has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep. This is a full time temp to hire position in the Jersey Village Area.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years in related field / position - Strong support to technical products Highly organized and have great customer services skills Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as CRM Software (ACT) and QuickBooks!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Enter orders for all Sales Representatives, process all returns and exchanges for each Sales Rep Communicate with the RMA department about customer returns / exchanges frequently Communicate with the Accounting department about possible customer payment issues or refunds Update customer information in the ACT! Database Answer incoming customer emails/calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls
