Automation Personnel Services, North Houston office has an immediate opening for a customer service rep. This is a full time temp to hire position in the Jersey Village Area.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years in related field / position Highly organized and have great customer services skills Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as CRM Software (ACT) and QuickBooks!
JOB DESCRIPTION: Enter orders for all Sales Representatives, process all returns and exchanges for each Sales Rep Communicate with the RMA department about customer returns / exchanges frequently Communicate with the Accounting department about possible customer payment issues or refunds Update customer information in the ACT! Database Answer incoming customer emails/calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls
SALARY: Pay range $14 - $15 per hour
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00 5:00 PM
