The Communications Agent works closely with the Escalations team to support our Email to President Function. Agent will be emailing and calling customers to successfully track case progress.
Responsible for 90% of email communications to customers
10% of calls will be outbound to customers
Providing case research to determine the history of service support
Expected to use Excel to track case progress through to completion
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Must possess excellent professional and written communication skills
Exceptional time management skills are required to perform outbound communications
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (beginner Excel) mandatory
High School Diploma or GED is required
4 years experience in Customer Service preferred
Typing speed must be 30+ wpm minimum
