Call center positions provide excellent customer service, with a general focus on making outbound and receiving inbound calls. Certain departments may call for further specialized job functions pertaining to their operational goals.
Shift: variable, scheduling flexibility a plus Pay Rate: starting at $12.00+ per hour
Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer systems in general Ability to maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations Further education in any business related field a plus Background check and drug screening required for all positions
