Job Location: Jamestown, IN

Pay Range: $65,000 - $72,000/yearly

Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR team and serve as acting backup for HR Specialist functions.
• Conduct recruitment efforts for salaried, hourly, and variable workforce team members and develop strategies for successful manning.
• Build strategic partnerships with staffing agency vendors for staffing needs.
• Coordinate team member relations, coach supervisory and management group for effective team member relations and develop HR Specialists.
• Assist in budget planning and operation.
• Administer various HR programs, perform HR system administration, performance and compensation management process, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or Human Resources; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Subject matter expert-level knowledge of HR compliance regulations such as the Department of Labor and state statutes.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR activities required. (Supervisory experience preferred)
• Proven ability to be solution-focused with the ability to identify problems and drive toward appropriate solutions.
• Exhibits and demonstrates strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills are required.
• Ability to travel preferred; must be eligible for a US passport with the ability to travel to Canada or Mexico (travel would be rare but could still possibly occur)
