We have an excellent opportunity at ALS! We are seeking a National Account Executive to join our team, reporting to the Vice President of Business Development.
We give you all of the tools you need to be successful! We provide you with outside sales training using the Sandler method and you have a grow or die, highly motivated and experienced team of Account Managers to support your customers after the sale.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Automotive logistics sales experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Logistics - 3PL or Brokerage operations/sales
- Proven experience hitting quota year over year
- Progressive roles throughout their career
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

We will also consider candidates for this excellent opportunity who have the following attributes:
- 2-5 years of experience in Logistics - 3PL or Brokerage
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - on the road every week locally and occasionally nationally
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Strong ability to persuade, be strategic, motivate, and influence others
