This role is for Carrier Sales Representative, in our Grand Rapids office.

You will be joining a fantastic and growing team, and will be able to take the college and internship experience that you've had and put it to work with your new career with ALS.

In this role you will:

Develop relationships with your internal team members and external carriers

Provide rates for quote's, RFQ's and can gets

Maximize margin

What does a typical day at ALS look like?

• A morning company wide stand up where we look at how we did the day before, how we are doing towards our goal and each day of the week has a special focus, with updates on each department depending on the day
• A department stand up - collaborate with your teammates, interact with the person you directly report to as well as other leaders here at ALS
• Strive to hit your daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Provide an EPIC experience which is our purpose at ALS
