We are looking for a Director of Marketing & Communications to enhance and streamline our marketing efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and consolidate value propositions across all lines of business, ensuring consistency and relevance to our target markets.
• Uphold and implement consistent branding guidelines across all marketing collateral and communications, enhancing our brand visibility and recognition in the public sector.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors' strategies, and customer needs.
• Bring pricing and packaging expertise for cloud software and services, identifying and implementing strategies that align with market expectations and company goals.
• Lead outbound communication efforts targeting county treasurers, trustees, auditors, and tax collectors, using various channels to engage and inform.
• Represent Autoagent at industry conferences and events, acting as a brand ambassador and forging strong relationships with industry peers and customers.
• Leverage knowledge and understanding of selling to state and local governments, guiding the marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic marketing role with significant exposure to public sector markets.
• Proven track record in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies in a complex business environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market research methods and analysis.
• Proficient in pricing and packaging strategies specific to cloud software, services and online payment processing.
• Willingness to travel for industry conferences and events.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics specific to state and local government sectors.
