Automotive Internet Sales Representative

AutoLenders is looking for an Internet Sales Representative to join our team!

We are seeking an individual who is customer service oriented to handle all inbound sales leads / develop client prospecting. You will provide information on vehicles, such as pricing quotes. Creating an excellent customer experience is the most important part of the role, along with answering product and service questions.

If you have never been in the automotive field before, do not worry! We provide a full training program on how to be successful in the role. If you come from another customer centric industry such as waitress or waiter, customer service rep, flight attendant, etc., you would be a great fit. Annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000.

To qualify for this role, we require 2+ years in a customer centric environment, as well as a high school diploma/GED.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor and respond to all internet leads

•  Provide accurate quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability

•  Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers

• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions

• Reach store goals and execute on getting the leads into the store to buy a car

• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation
