Job: Automotive Service Technician (B or C)

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician (B or C) has the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing maintenance and service repairs on all makes and models of automotive vehicles with little to no supervision.

• Diagnose electrical, powertrain, technology and drivability issues.

• Work directly with Service Advisors to solve vehicle mechanical and maintenance needs.

Requirements: 

The Automotive Service Technician (B or C) should have the following skills, education and experience:

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

• In-depth technical comprehension and understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must have your own tools and box.

• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are desired.

• Electrical, powertrain, systems and drivability diagnosis experience is REQUIRED.

• Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership, franchise or independent environment or recent automotive trade school graduate REQUIRED.

• Physical Requirements

  • Lifting up to 25+ pounds unassisted. 

  • Standing for extended periods of time.
