Attention Customer Service Representative!!!
AutoGlassNow is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
- Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service to all callers
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
- At least 1+ year experience in a call center, retail, or other customer service environment
- At least 1+ year experience in/ auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- High School Diploma (or GED required)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
