Job Description*Information Technology*Job Title: Full Stack ProgrammerReport to: GMJob Summary: The developer will be given the opportunity to implement and manage software projects and will also be accountable for revisions and continued work on current information systems managed in-house.The developer should also exhibit the following traits:A self-starter willing to design and build solutions to current in-house processes.An innovative worker who will be willing to spend time researching new areas of growth for current and prospecting software.An independent individual who will remain successful in a macro-managed work environment as well as an effective communicator who can openly converse with associate developers.Experience with product or platform development and launch.This position employs 1 full-time person.Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzing datasets and performing routine maintenance on current databases.Participating in team meetings to evaluate... in-house needs and perform code revisions accordingly.Facilitating sessions to brief the team on scope and progression of development as well as potential areas of improvement.Programming at a high level and documenting code appropriately.Providing support to non-technical associates on application and information system use. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*Operations experience in a production environmentProven ability to lead a progressive IT groupAbility to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staffProblem solving skillsDemonstrated aptitude for learning new technologiesBroad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologiesUnderstanding of general businessCredentials & Experience: A bachelor's in computer science, MIS, Software/Computer Engineering or comparable experience.5 years' experience in C# or equivalent required5 years' experience in JavaScript required5-year experience in requiredExperience in SQL Server is preferredExperience in Microsoft Visual Studio is preferredPhysical Demands: Ability to lift and transport 30 pound PC's and monitors.Work Environment: OfficePay: Pay commensurate with experience and abilityJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: Multiple Locations
