Civil Engineering Technician Company: Auth Consulting and Associates Location: Hudson, WI Service Area: Engineering Auth Consulting and Associates (AC/a) is a consulting engineering firm with offices in Menomonie and Hudson, Wisconsin. Since 1995, we have offered complete Planning, Engineering, Building Design, and Surveying throughout the United States. Our Hudson office is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated individual with the ability to provide efficient detailed work using their previous work experience and skills in engineering and on construction projects. This individual will assist Project Managers with preparing construction plans & specifications, perform on site observations, and complete other related duties for a variety of construction projects such as: urban & rural street design, grading & erosion control, stormwater management, municipal sewer & water, industrial, commerical, retail, residential and agricultural site developments. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of Associates degree (or equivalent experience) Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D Software Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Outlook Ability to read construction plans Self-disciplined and highly motivated with good work ethic Highly detail oriented with good organzational skills Willingness to grow with the company and accept new challenges Capable of working extra hours when workload requires Team player with positive attitude *Limited travel and some occasional weekends may be required.
