We are seeking an experienced Recruiter in healthcare that has worked with Hospitals and/or Long Term Cares in the state of Arizona.

Aura Staffing is a national staffing company, and we provide RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and many other skill sets to local and national clients in the healthcare space.

We partner with Hospitals, Corrections, Long Term Cares, Schools, Behavioral, Retail, and many other health fields.

The role we are interested in filling is Not going to be managing other staff members.

We are seeking a "Game Changer" type of person. Someone who understands Staffing and understand what “full cycle recruiting” means. Someone who understands scheduling staff, doing payroll, talking with clients, speaking to nurses (recruiting) and has the ability to add new accounts to our Arizona market. We are growing rapidly and Arizona is our next state to grow in, and if you have the experience, and the connections this position will be a magical experience for you! $$$$$$$

The following is REQUIRED:

• Experience in the healthcare Staffing space (This is does Not include health insurance)
• Recruiting experience in the Health Care field
• Live in the state of Arizona
• Have the ability to work from home (dedicated space to work, strong internet
