100% Remote Position

The Client Portfolio Coordinator will serve as the first impression and the face of AIQ to our clients. This position will assist the Principal Consultant(s) and Managers by coordinating and facilitating client meetings and applicable project activities associated with AIQ / Client engagements.

The Client Portfolio Coordinator will be the project assistant for assigned projects to contribute and support the planning and execution of projects during the AIQ process. This position will be expected to coordinate, attend, and capture relevant information regarding client meetings, provide ad-hoc reporting, support internal resources to produce expected deliverables, provide proactive communication to stakeholders about project needs and goals, and prepare and provide input on milestone presentations throughout the project.

The Client Portfolio Coordinator will work with the Director of Client Services to help identify and implement best new business practices which may include developing proprietary systems, tools, and processes. This position will provide training and continued support to the organization regarding new best business practices. This position will plan, organize, and support activities that meet the objectives of the department as well as the Company including focus on Client servicing activities, business reporting, and participating in revenue growth opportunities as directed by the CEO and/or CAO.

This position will be extremely hands-on managing multiple tasks simultaneously with various deadlines. Will be responsible for providing project support for our clients, delegating required tasks to applicable internal resources, continuous improvement training, and support for organizational staff. Will be responsible for presenting information, both internally and externally, utilizing presentation software and\/or explaining data.

 

 

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

A four-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience, and a minimum of three years’ experience in project management or a similar role.

Three years of experience of collaboration across multi-functional areas and integrating multiple teams to meet project goals.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to give attention to detail

Intermediate to advanced project management experience.

Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Access.

Familiarity with Google apps and Google collaborative tools.

Familiarity with organizing and running web conferences.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Experience with TeamworkPM or any project management software a plus.
