Moko Maori Mental Health Service provide a range of services to tangata wha i te ora Maori who are living in the Waitemata catchment area.
We provide this service through a multi-disciplinary team consisting of the following disciplines - Doctors, Nurses, Social Worker, Occupational Therapy and Taurawhiri (Cultural Advisors)
We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Psychologist for this innovative position. The psychologist would be part of our multi-disciplinary team and would bring enthusiasm and commitment to help develop our service. Alongside the national developments in Talking Therapies for Maori, we want to provide comprehensive Psychological services to our tangata whai i te ora.
We welcome collaboration with regards to new initiatives to enhance access to therapies.
For this role we look to your positive attitude, flexibility, strong clinical practice, administrative and computer literacy skills together with a proven ability to form good relationships with staff, tangata whai i te ora and their whanau.
