Atillwill Medical Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Lodi, WI location. The Customer Service Specialist provides metrics and solutions to the organization’s clients to promote excellent customer service, process improvement solutions, cost-savings initiatives and new business opportunities.

  • Provide strategic direction and stimulate the highest sense of ownership when it comes to overall service and savings.
  • Monitor ‘action plans’ to maximize business growth.
  • Assist with short-term and long-term strategic plans, development of project initiatives and service metrics.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, enhanced performance and increased profitability.
  • Act as liaison to the field to promote a strong cohesive team environment that drives results.
  • Identify leads and territory penetration to grow new and existing business.
  • Assist with complex customer solutions.
  • Develop, review and interpret reports while maintaining accurate records.
  • Compile, analyze and share data for Business Reviews (attend key reviews when possible).
  • Maintain regular contact with the Sales team and prospects to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide input on policy, procedures, system improvements and performance measurements to senior management.
  • Support process management systems to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Enhance technical and professional knowledge by attending workshops/training, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional associations.
  • Monitor customer using internal systems to ensure clients’ needs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop improvement action plans to meet or exceed projected revenue.

Education, Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered
  • Minimum three years demonstrated customer service with business statistical analysis and sales forecasting experience
  • Established history of instruction and continuing education development
  • Ability to be creative with solutions and react quickly to change.
  • Natural visionary with ability to think ‘outside the box’
  • Must be analytical and process-oriented, highly motivated with results driven leadership abilities
  • Must have advanced skills and experience in oral and written communication including analysis, preparation and report presentation
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented, analytical, excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Dependable, motivated, results-oriented
  • Understanding of document process and procedures
  • Ability to build relationships at levels within the organization and with customers and partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Knowledge of personal computers and PC application
