Director of Program Management

As the owner of the Battery program, you're responsible for the top priority program for the Company. Youll drive product development programs from start to finish, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and go-to-market teams. Ultimately, you're responsible for the success of the program against the plan and schedule that you build. As the head of the Program Management team, you'll lead by example, driving your program to success while defining how we run programs at Atlis.

Atlis Motor Vehicles was born in CEO Mark Hanchett's garage, ignited by curiosity and personal motivation. Mark's goal: take his energy-guzzling diesel pickup and convert it into an electric truck. He leveraged his engineering background and brought in colleagues who are experts in various fieldspower tech, batteries, automotive dynamics, etc.to design a solution that solves the biggest pain points in the electric vehicle market today.

• Driving engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver against product development plans
• Launch key technical milestones on-time and in-budget
• Program plan creation, management of schedule, budget, and status reports
• Product development process implementation
• Risk mitigation planning for development programs
• Work directly with a small, agile team - picking up and taking on roles and responsibilities to fill gaps as needed
• Manage the development of integration requirements
• Manage relationships and requirements with key vendors and strategic partners

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent work experience as Program Manager

• 15+ years program/project management experience
