Printing company is Eden prairie is hiring immediately for Bilingual Assembly Line Lead!
Location: Eden prairie, MN
Pay: $16-$22 per hour, paid weekly (DOQ)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Fulltime Long term position
Job Description: Lead Supervisor position, this person would be Assistant to Plant Supervisor .This person will be helping setting up jobs on line, reading orders and organizing materials. Supervise production and assist with leadership responsibilities. You will oversee manufacturing activities within their departments. Manage production assembly lines, assist their teams to complete orders, and prepare reports. They may be employed in various settings, ranging from factories and warehouses to production facilities.
Requirements:
- Highschool or GED
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Superb leadership skills.
Candidates must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
