We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for estimating and running the production of restoration and reconstruction projects in the St. Louis and surrounding areas. Atlas Restoration Specialists has been in business in St. Louis for 30 years and is growing. We have room for advancement and are looking for multiple managers to help us continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing scopes of work for construction and mitigation crews
- Prepare estimates for reconstruction and mitigation projects
- Direct and lead the work of technicians and tradesmen / women
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction and or restoration industries preferred but will train the right applicant
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
