• Provide field support for Regional Managers and Property Managers, including but not limited to:

* Conducting and executing annual inspections on Atlas-managed assets

*Posting notices

* Following up on work orders

* Conducting showings and leasing properties

* Facilitating seasonal maintenance

* Collaborating with our vendor team

* Providing assistance on turn scopes

* Moving lockboxes

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the team, including but not limited to:

* Invoicing

* Notice to Vacate inspections and upload

* Completion photos and video

* Create marketing ads

* Lead response and showings, open houses

* Direct prospects to applications

* Creating leases and communicating with residents

* High-touch with residents, develop relationships with residents and vendors

* Resident communications: maintenance, complaints, escalation to PM, etc.

* Renewal assist, communications, remind

* 10 days, follow ups, collections

* Communicate and meet with POD

• Daily check-ins with portfolio manager for daily tasks
• Driving – 20 hours/week approx. in your car
• Must have weekend availability and flexibility during the week
• Learn and uphold Atlas best practices
• Develop full understanding of the Property Management Role

What you get:

• Base Salary: $39,000 - $47,000/year
• 15% annual performance-based bonus paid out monthly depending on KPI metrics
• $6,000 Yearly Stipend to cover expenses

What you bring:

• Arizona Real Estate License
