Atlas Management Solutions is a growing, privately owned company, new to the Philadelphia, PA area. Sales and marketing company servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide and we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service team! This is a seasonal to a possible full time position.

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Handling customer order related questions, inquiries and complaints
• Recommends products that will meet customers’ needs
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
• Perform all other related duties as assigned
