Job Description

Location: Red Bank, NJ

Salary: 50-60K base

Title: Executive Administrative Assistant (21-29117)

 

Our client, a well-established multi-business corporation in Beautiful Monmouth County is adding an Executive Administrative Assistant to their team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

 

  • Reporting to Executives
  • Handling the Office Management, receptionist scheduling, interoffice communication, mails services, facility management, and office supplies
  • Document archiving, scanning, filing
  • Calendar Management
  • Interfacing with Banks, Insurance Companies, Retirement Plan Vendors, Attorneys, Accountants, Suppliers and Consultants
  • Phone and email traffic management
  • Assist with Assembly of Presentations, Packages, and Compiling Financial Information to be included, Quarterly Newsletter
  • Organize Corporate Operational Files
  • Organize Board of Director Meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining Insurance and Surety/Bond files
  • Assist with Insurance renewals and COI
  • Off-site archiving

Experience/Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience with Executive Admin Duties noted
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Software such as Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom and file sharing programs (Dropbox).
  • Physical attendance to the office daily
