Potential to become Office Manager.
Main person responsible for answering phones, patient check-in and registration, scanning in patient documents and charts, as well as various tasks related to billing which includes generating claims, posting payments, and submitting claims. Coordinates patient flow in and out of the office, acts as a Clinical Records Keeper, and assists the practice administrator with HR functions. Manages and is responsible for all front desk activities, including interviewing potential candidates three times per week, training individuals on front desk duties, and patient experience while in the waiting room.
