The Associate Advisor will work closely with and support the registered representatives on all clients matters.  We value and rely on the unique talents and contributions of our employees to absolutely excel in a positive client experience.  The Associate Advisor has the opportunity to build an excellent business under the leadership and reputation of Athlon Wealth Advisors.

Responsibilities & Activities

·         Assist the registered representatives with preparing for client meetings.

·         Assist the registered representatives with service aspects of current clients.  Duties in this area would include new account paperwork, setting up systematic distributions and contributions, processing one-time incoming and outgoing wire transfers, etc.

·         Correspond with new clients to complete new account paperwork, asset transfers, and other forms.  Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork.

·         Monitor incoming new client accounts and transfers.

·         Handle routine matters for client accounts including processing name and address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone and face to face.

·         Research and resolve client service problems as needed.

·         Ensures all client interactions are successful and that we maintain exceptional client relationships.

·         Answers, troubleshoots, and problem-solves incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and occasional in-person requests for assistance from the firm’s existing clients, new or prospective clients, staff, and other entities.

·         Timely and accurately schedules all appointments including but not limited to meetings, conference calls, and telephone calls.

·         Responsible for schedule maintenance, conflict resolution, and appointment confirmation.

·         Timely and accurately perform various clerical functions including but not limited to filing, faxing, copying, and mailing documents.

·         Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

·         Other duties as assigned

Industry Experience Requirements

·         Active FINRA SIE

·         Active FINRA Series 7 and 66

·         Clean U-4 and U-5 history

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Experience with Microsoft Suite

This is an in-person full time, Monday through Friday, daytime position.

Due to the nature of the work and sensitive information handled, a background check and drug screen may be required.
