We are hiring immediately for an HR Specialist in the Sacramento Area at an amazing, essential business that is open right now. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills, 2-5 years of experience in employee relations/HR, knowledge of California labor laws and regulations and is looking to start as soon as possible. If you are passionate about employee relations, conflict resolution, and supporting an excellent team this is the position for you.
SHRM-CP, PHR or equivilant HR certifications are preferred but not required.
