Customer Service Representative - NW HOUSTON

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years in related field with technical or electronics position • Highly Organized • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively • Ability to deal with angry or frustrated customers, or customers who may not fully understand their situation • Able to maintain a steady head under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Enter orders for all Sales Representatives, process all returns and exchanges for each Sales Rep

• Communicate with the RMA department about customer returns / exchanges frequently

• Communicate with the Accounting department about possible customer payment issues or refunds

• Update customer information in the ACT! database during and after each call / email

• Answer incoming customer emails/calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information when requested by a customer or one of the Inside Sales Representatives

• Maintain a professional appearance on all calls and emails, making sure to be patient and excited to assist with the customers questions
