Banking Customer Service Representative

In this role candidates will be responsible for answering high volume incoming calls from banking customers. Phone calls will consist of updating account information, verifying transactions, and performing money transfers. This role requires a customer first mindset and the ability to multi-task listening to customer questions and concerns while also typing and updating information.

|Experienced taking high-volume calls
|Experienced working on dual monitors and several applications simultaneously
