Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Office Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary Data entering policies into management system, attaching files electronically, back up of phones, data entering claim information from carrier notices, assistant to customer service reps.

+ Data Entry
+ Backup of phone calls
+ Commercial Claims processing
+ Policy processing
+ Support office Staff/ Administration duties

Education and/or Experience
More than three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of word processing, excel spreadsheet, and internet software.
