The Group Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Group Therapy Lead is responsible for the provision of or oversight of group services to all clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness, attending PSR and therapy groups in BHOP. The PSR Lead is expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to insure that all needs of clients are met.
Provision of assessment, counseling, skills training and case management services to a caseload of clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness. Services are provided in both group and individual treatment settings.
This job position may have some work components that can be performed remotely. Remote work arrangements are not a right or entitlement of employment. They are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Approval may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of management.
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW at time of hire or Within 2 years of date of hire
- At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred
