Responsible for the provision of counseling and case management services to a caseload of 25 to 50 primarily child or adolescent clients who are diagnosed with mental illness. Counselors are expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency.

They are discretionary and subject to demonstrated performance and operational needs. Approval may be rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of management.
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW preferred
- Some clinical experience with children or adolescents required.
- Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English
