AMBA is a nationwide, full-service brokerage that provides much-needed insurance coverage to retired and active educators, police, firefighters, and state, city, and municipal workers. Our insurance agents help some of our most selfless servants secure the retirement they deserve.

We are exclusively endorsed by over 74 state association clients across 39 states. In Iowa, we are endorsed by the Iowa Retired School Personnel Association.

In This Role You Will:

  • Our exclusive endorsements provide you with qualified leads at no cost allowing you to spend your time where your passion is — meeting with prospective clients, conducting in-school workshops, presenting seminars, and educating members at the association chapter meetings.
  • Utilizing our proven sales system and in-depth product knowledge, you sell needs-based products with public employees and help them choose benefits to secure their financial future.
  • Engage in our comprehensive ongoing training which sets you up for continued success as an insurance producer.
  • Increase enrollments and memberships for our associations.

  • No prior insurance experience is required. We provide extensive training prior to entering the field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, driven self-starters.
  • Motivated, positive team builders with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to excellence in all that you do.
  • A customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Life and Health licensed is required to onboard, but we can help you acquire one if you aren’t already licensed.
  • Maintain a valid Driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

  • No commission cap. Avg 1st Year Earnings - $75k to $90k or 1st Year Top Producers $100k to $120k.
