Job Description

As part of growing team, you will bring a positive attitude and energy to our team. The primary duties are ensuring we are providing excellent service, product knowledge and be able to present to best possible coverage options to our new and existing clients.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintains and grows multiple lines including but not limited to E&O, D&O and Cyber policies.
  • Analyzes information sent to the carrier for underwriting.
  • Review and monitors monthly submissions to admitted and non-admitted markets.
  • Develops and fosters relationships with our clients and sub-producers.
  • Collaborates with various carriers to gain understanding of each policy and the coverage provided.
  • Negotiates renewal terms and prepares proposal documents for each client renewal.
  • Ability to use internal systems and multi task in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates a solid underwriting acumen.
  • Manages workload within established service levels.

What you need to have:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be Property and Casualty Licensed or pass licensing test within 3 months.


Other Details of the Job


Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

Location: Urbandale, IA

Schedule:

8 hour shifts
Monday to Friday
