Job Description

Join the Leadership Team of a new and growing Tri-City area Long Term Care Facility. This facility is COVID FREE and committed to providing quality healthcare for all of it's residents!

We are seeking a well-rounded RN with previous leadership, and DON experience (preferred) to join our team as the Director of Nursing to oversee the quality of care and staff operations of this Long Term Care Facility. Responsibilities include scheduling of staff, coordination of care for residents, selection and training of team members, the 'go to' for clinical guidance and promoting a healthy environment for both residents and staff.

Summary:

  • Full Time Director of Nursing Leadership position
  • Located in the Tri Cities
  • Day Schedule, M-F (45 hours/wk)
  • Responsible for effective overall management of the Nursing Department and coordination with other disciplines to provide quality care to all patients/residents.
  • Responsible for up to 90 residents
  • Covid-19 Free Facility

Benefits include:

  • Base Salary of $80k - $90k/yr (based on experience)

Qualifications

  • Current Nebraska RN nursing license required
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years RN experience, and previous leadership experience required
  • Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred
  • Well-rounded nursing background with working knowledge of Ambulatory Care, Cardiac and Geriatrics
