Looking for CSR for an inbound call center to assist clients with their Brokerage Accounts. This is strictly customer support without any sales.

- Working with clients who have received recent mail regarding changes and updates to their brokerage accounts.
- Straightforward customer service to assist said clients get the answers they need.
- A set script will be provided to support the common questions and details of the mailings that have been sent to clients.
All training will be during the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm
As a CSR the hours may vary. Shifts can range between 7am to 10pm Saturday through Friday. Shifts are picked at random and there are shift bids throughout the year that are based on performance and tenure.
