The Field Service Technician reports to the Field Services Manager and is responsible for the installation, testing, and servicing of AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites based on defined specifications.

Develops a deep knowledge of company products and overall analysis experience to capture, understand and define product design requirements in client environment.
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to install the Vero product solutions onto and within client manufacturing equipment based on the specifications of the client solution design.
Ensures that all Vero product solutions are properly installed and tested to the solution design, and product communications with client networks are established and verified.
Provide remote technical support for the industrial and manufacturing customer installed base to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Provide on-site technical support to help troubleshoot and repair product solutions when problems are identified.
Communicate and maintain installation and field service records and documentation as defined by process.
Manage and maintain service tools and installation parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and consistently represents the company image and brand in a positive and professional manner. Communicates and interacts well with all customer personnel to gain their confidence and cooperation.
Support product development team in evaluation and testing of existing and new product development.
