Position OverviewThis position exists to proactively manage the account relationships between Asset Marketing Services, LLC and its customer base. The primary duty is to work with each customer by providing appropriate rare and unique collectable coins, which includes consulting and advising customers on desired products, researching and obtaining coins for specific customers, and negotiating payment terms to encourage repeat future sales. This position requires excellent relationship-building skills.
It also requires great attention to detail and basic computer skills. You will be required to understand and carry out a list of duties and responsibilities that directly and indirectly relate to selling.Essential Functions, Duties & AccountabilitiesAfter listing the essential function/duty note the cross functional accountability (Department or Job Title) for that essential function/duty (accountability for each function/duty is assumed to the direct Supervisor/Manager):Confidentiality: Responsible to ensure the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets of our customer lists and related records including recording all customer corporate contacts under company corporate systems.Prospecting & Inbound Qualification: Making initial contact via phone with the goal of performing a high level qualification of new customers, generating initial interest and obtaining commitment from prospective customers.Product Offering: Use company-provided product and selling information, such as scripts and fact sheets, to present and sell assigned collectable products from a wide variety of sources to assigned MA's and BR's. Present designated up-sell or equivalent outbound product to all inbound callers.Account Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update all customer contact information including, but not limited to, verification of name spelling, phone #, e-mail / billing / shipping address.
Properly process all accounts with incorrect/disconnected phone #'s, requests for Do Not Call/Promote Status, and identified duplicate accounts.Order Entry: Accurately capture all required order details including, but not limited to, correct product, source code, segment/offer code, price, discount and agreed upon payment method/terms. Know and understand current promotional offers.Performance Goals: Attain sales productivity and activity goals on a per-campaign basis as determined and assigned by sales leadership; including, but not limited to, sales volume, dials, contacts and contact strategy.Compliance/Quality: Comply with all FTC regulations and company selling and order processing rules. Adhere to established call quality guidelines including, but not limited to, investment disclaimers, proper order wrap-up, order total, payment terms, credit card verification and delivery time.
Sufficiently pass all random and routine call audits.Conduct: Maintain a professional, helpful attitude and manner when interacting with customers, outside venders and fellow Associates.Work Schedule: Be at work promptly and adhere to established schedule. Maintain flexibility to meet business needs and be available for all assigned inbound call schedules; including those for which are voluntarily requested. Attend all required individual, departmental, and team meetings and training.
