Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. Position Summary The Chief Culture Officer (CCO) serves as Aspire’s top culture strategist. The CCO is to ensure Aspire’s culture is well-defined, communicated and becomes its competitive advantage, driving innovation, customer service, and employee recruitment and retention. The CCO creates value by enhancing employee performance, shaping internal and external perceptions of the company and identifying innovative leadership and management practices. The CCO is to identify gaps between Aspire's goals and its actual practices and implement improvements that enhance both employee and client satisfaction. The CCO is a change agent who will lead Aspire into the future by creating workplaces where employees understand how their duties contribute to the organization's overarching mission and enjoy collaborating with one another. The CCO will act as advisor and consultant—but must also be able to roll up their sleeves and execute solutions. Complete job description available on our careers site.
