We are currently seeking a Zoho Business Analyst. In simple terms, the role of the Zoho Business Analyst is to review, document and assess client requirements, including but not limited to:
Integrations with other applications
Following the review, assessment and throughout client relationships, the major goal of the Zoho Business Analyst is to determine the ideal fit between the client’s requirements, the Zoho suite of applications (based on built-in features, customization capabilities and possible integrations or extensions), and AspenTech CRM’s services (business process consulting, systems design, systems development, data migration, training and technical support). The Zoho Business Analyst will document client requirements, the proposed Zoho solution, estimate the work required, and coordinate with other resources for subject projects.
Although Zoho has nearly 50 applications, AspenTech CRM primarily implements those focused on sales, marketing, customer service / support, project management, and business intelligence. Ideal candidates will possess:
The ability to travel to our Novi, MI office location multiple days per week
A bachelor’s degree or higher
3 years or more experience in a business analyst or consultant role in technology or software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
A passion for problem solving with technology
Self-motivation and drive
High standards for quality work
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Organization and attention to detail
Excellent time management and prioritization for a fast-paced environment
Of course, Zoho experience is also a major plus!
Multiple short periods of travel are required locally, regionally and nationally. International travel opportunities will arise if you are willing and able. All reasonable and necessary travel expenses are covered.
This is a full-time salary position. Starting annual compensation is between $48,000 and $72,000 and is negotiable based on skill set and experience. New team members are also bonus-eligible after 1 year employment.
