Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Process files with CRM
  • Plan and schedule deliveries and installations
  • Answer inbound telephone calls/Make outbound calls
  • Work with other team members to get tasks accomplished

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
