The Position:
Our lawn care technician position provides lawn care services such as fertilizing and weed control on residential and commercial properties. You are provided a company truck/van (that stays at the shop) to run your own specific route.
What We Do:
· Lawn Fertilization/Weed Control on an annual program.
· Aeration
· Mosquito Control
· Tree/Shrub Fertilization and Treatment for Insects/Diseases
· Over-seeding fescue lawns in the fall.
Candidates Must Have the Following:
· Good driving record.
· Pass background and drug test.
· Clean, neat, and professional.
· Ability to work in all weather conditions.
· Ability to walk all day.
Benefits and Pay:
· $30,000-$35,000 while training.
· $40,000-$50,000 as route manager.
· After 90 days, health insurance.
· Paid time off.
· 401K after 6 months.
