Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Sales And Customer Relations Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, assisting with contract renewals and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Help retrain contract renewals and extend renewals for 3 to 5 years.
- Follow up on incoming inquires and set appointments for business development team.
- Assist with various customer contact as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persistent following up via phone and emails.
